Showcasing the power of plants by turning them into interfaces
Since 2021 Accenture has partnered with Global Citizen and participated in the annual music festival held in Central Park. Working with biophilic artist Mileece, and the engineers at 10xBeta, we created two plant-filled retreats for the festival crowds. The plants in the experience acted as interfaces for the technology hidden throughout, making visible the hidden impact plants have on our environment.

I was the design lead across the Accenture account. This project came to us quite late, just two months before the Global Citizen festival. I led the project, working with my design team on the concept, visual language of the experience, collaborating with our innovation and production partners on the structures and experience, and ultimately getting my hands dirty helping to build and install the final product.
After an extended approval process involving multiple stakeholders we were left with 3 weeks for R&D, production, and 12 hours for installation. The project was fast paced but I was able to leverage my skill set across branding, design, and production to create efficiencies along the way that ensured the project was completed.
