Despite being a leader in payment technology, Chase didn't have a single source of product information for their merchant services team.
We took thousands of pages of research and built a content framework for current and future products. Then we took that framework and developed an app the merchant services team could use anywhere in the world to access the latest product information.
Built an experience lab where people could try out the latest payment technology
The experience lab featured five demo stations themed around key industries. Each station showcased payment hardware relevant to that industry as well as short video highlighting the hardware features and benefits.
