Benadryl's look and feel hadn't been updated since their last advertising campaign. And there were no existing visual elements the client wanted to move forward with. So we took Benadryl's superhero brand promise and developed it into a brand new graphic and UI style that would complement the hand-drawn animations of the new ad campaign. Type was set angled over bold color blocks. Package photography was set with a hard shadow and a secondary illustration style was designed. And we brought it all together by figuring out a way to use Benadryl's existing template system to design a responsive site that mimicked the panels of a comic book.
